Spring Scaffolding LLC is seeking a detail oriented Purchasing Data Entry Clerk to support our Purchasing and Accounting teams. This position is responsible for accurately entering vendor invoices, processing purchase orders, maintaining purchasing records, and ensuring data integrity across multiple systems. This is a temporary position with the potential to become permanent based on performance and business needs.
Essential Responsibilities
+ Process and enter vendor invoices into Sage 100 software.
+ Match invoices to purchase orders, work orders, and supporting documentation.
+ Code invoices to the appropriate job numbers, cost codes, and general ledger accounts.
