Spiritual Care Provider at Good Samaritan

Provide compassionate spiritual care at The Good Samaritan Society in Delta, BC. As a Spiritual Care Facilitator and Provider, you will support residents' religious needs and oversee volunteer programs.
This role reports to the Mission Engagement and Chaplaincy manager, featuring dual responsibilities in spiritual facilitation and care provision. You will engage with community faith traditions, and lead initiatives within the pastoral care volunteer program, while addressing the spiritual and ethical needs of residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate participation of faith communities in resident life
• Oversee the Pastoral Care Volunteer Program
• Meet spiritual needs of residents and staff
• Offer end-of-life care and ethics leadership
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
Requirements:
• Master’s Degree from a recognized theological institution
• Ordination or consecration preferred
• Two units of Supervised Pastoral Education...
