Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Supervisor of Speech‑Language Pathology, the Speech‑Language Pathologist:

• Responds to the needs of school personnel, students and families through specialized therapeutic, consultative, educational, and collaborative services in the area of communication disorders and their relationship to academic performance.
• Educates and trains to improve the understanding of communication disorders and their impact on the student’s academic, social, emotional and cognitive development.
