In this part time role, you will be integral in providing specialized care as part of the Wound Ostomy Continence team. You will assess client needs, formulate appropriate care plans, and evaluate treatment effectiveness while leading education and mentorship initiatives to enhance team capacity and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform detailed assessments of wound and ostomy issues
• Collaborate on treatment plans with interprofessional teams
