Overview

As a Deployment Specialist, you will provide on‑site and off‑site professional services to Genetec customers and partners, including proof‑of‑concept, staging, system deployment and commissioning, audits, system assessments, and will act as a liaison between Genetec and its customers, reporting directly to the Design & Deployment Services Manager, North America.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional services on site and distance to Genetec customers and partners, including proof‑of‑concept, staging, system deployment and commissioning, audits, and system assessments.
• Act as liaison between Genetec and its customers, reporting directly to the Design & Deployment Services Manager, North America.
• Advise, install, maintain, and support the various Genetec solutions remotely and on‑site for clients located in North America.
