We are a well‑established, industry‑leading aerospace manufacturer seeking a hands‑on, Quality Specialist – Aerospace to help reduce scrap and rework, improve process stability, and support shop‑floor problem solving. This role works closely with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to drive measurable improvements in manufacturing performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze rework and non‑conformities to identify trends and root causes.
• Lead problem‑solving activities and coordinate containment, corrective and preventive actions.
• Verify corrective‑action implementation and long‑term effectiveness.
• Use production and quality data to reduce variability and the cost of poor quality.
