Position Title: Quality Assurance Specialist (Plasma). Reports to: Quality Assurance Manager.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Receives, logs and evaluates incoming lookback alerts. Maintains documentation of active and closed alerts and ensures all donor center documentation is legible and correct.
- Ensures plasma units identified in lookback alerts that are part of in‑house inventory at PLC are marked for removal in the inventory control system.
