About The Role
This role drives the capability development of Tied Distribution Consultants.
- Design, develop and deliver training programmes (including e‑Learning modules) to achieve business objectives and outcomes
- Oversee onboarding initiatives such as Pre‑contract CMFAS, Foundation to Success, Build to Succeed Level 1 and 2
- Design and manage a structured 12‑month development journey for new consultants
- Conduct training needs analysis through stakeholder engagement and data to develop interventions addressing training gaps
- Collaborate with stakeholders (internal and external) to support the development and execution of projects and training to achieve business KPIs
- Conduct regular evaluation to assess training effectiveness and continuously enhance curricula and methodologies to align with business goals
