Specialist Sales Development

Job Summary

Responsible for providing strategic follow-up, guidance, and support to the Independent Sales Directors within the Division through calls, videoconferences, and other communication channels focused on business growth, engagement, and goal achievement. This role partners with Sales Directors in the creation and execution of strategies and action plans that support the growth and development of their businesses and contribute to strong divisional results. In addition, the role supports different director groups and key divisional initiatives by monitoring special cases, managing divisional communication channels, supporting sales and recognition programs, handling incoming calls for special situations, and assisting with the organization and execution of Sales Force events and activities.
