Job Overview
As a Specialist – Quotations, you will develop proposals, bids, quotations, and related documents that describe our products and services in response to client requests. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Product teams to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential projects for bid and compile a list of material requirements, including supplies, lighting, switchgear, and other distribution apparatuses.
- Communicate with suppliers to discuss material specifications, clarify and confirm bills of materials, negotiate pricing, and identify alternatives for special or custom orders.
