Specialist, Process Improvement - Transforming Care

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

The Process Improvement Specialist serves as an expert in Lean philosophy, theory and tools and reports to the Manager of Transforming Care. In addition, this position is responsible for:

• Coaching, guiding and mentoring a culture of continuous improvement in the pursuit of an excellent patient care experience
• Develop tools, support analysis, and implement strategies for the successful achievement of continuous improvement goals
• Facilitating and engaging participants using the Lean Management system
• Planning, developing and delivering education and training
• Providing one‑on‑one coaching, mentoring and support to individual leaders, staff and improvement teams
