Opportunity Description
The IT Service Manager is accountable for driving successful delivery, standardization, and continuous improvement of global network services across all regions and locations. The role leads strategic upgrades, modernization programs, and transformation initiatives to ensure consistent execution, alignment to global standards, security and compliance requirements, and measurable business outcomes worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- WAN / SDWAN modernization : global backbone uplift, policy-based routing, QoS.
- LAN / WLAN refresh : campus/branch/factory standards, NAC/802.1X, Wi‑Fi optimization.
- Core Services : DNS/DHCP/IPAM (DDI) enhancements, NTP, load balancing (L4/L7).
- Cloud Networking : Azure/AWS/GCP connectivity (VNets/VPCs, peering, Transit Gateway), ExpressRoute/Direct Connect.
