General Requirements:
Associates degree in Business Administration or related field. Three years of experience compiling and maintaining records, assessing data details, inventory tracking, general auditing of records, or experience in a related field. A combination of education, experience, and training that would produce the required knowledge and abilities could be considered.
Nature & Purpose of Position/Usual Duties:
Performs advanced specialist duties for Facilities Planning and Construction.
Primary Responsibilities (Staff Positions Only):
Assists the Campus Space Planner by maintaining an accurate inventory of all Sam Houston State University space and properties including but not limited to: site records of parking lots, sports fields, misc....
