Responsibilities Negotiates for the procurement of goods, services, and supplies to minimize the cost of purchases and to ensure business goals are met. Participates in negotiations for the procurement of goods, services, and supplies. Implements and utilizes supply chain strategies to address capacity issues. Develops and implements supply chain strategies and develops networks that address capacity issues, production location decisions, etc. Analyses price proposals, financial reports, and other data and information to help determine reasonable prices. Administers contracts in accordance with sourcing goals to ensure acceptable service levels.
