Specialist, Business Finance Multi-disciplinary

What will you do?

As a Finance Specialist within the End-to-End (E2E) Performance Pillar, you will serve as a trusted business partner responsible for driving financial performance, process excellence, and continuous improvement across NAM GSC Finance.

In this role, you will lead end-to-end financial processes, including month-end close, forecasting, performance reporting, and governance activities, while providing actionable insights that support strategic decision‑making across the organization.

You will collaborate closely with Plant Controllers, FP&A, Operations leaders, and cross‑functional teams to identify risks and opportunities, influence business outcomes, and drive alignment with financial objectives. In addition, you will play a key role in fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and integrity by leading through influence, supporting team development, and promoting best practices across the organization.
