**Responsibilities:**

Being part of an enthusiastic and dynamic team, your responsibilities include:

+ Responsible for executing activities done by the MDM Operations team within all capabilities provided, i.e. Master Data maintenance processes, controls, SLAs, point of contact for MDM CoE and business, issue solving (root cause analysis), process performance monitoring
+ Maintaining Master Data following the data quality, controls and compliance rules and regulations
+ Adhering to SLAs and report/escalate exceptions to Operations domain Lead
+ Notifying the business users on the status of requests (e.g. rejected requests and reason)
+ Conduct issue root cause analyses and IT touchpoint for system issues fixes
+ Support monitoring of MDM services performance and MDM end-to-end processes timelines
+ Supports MDM Operations management and collaborate with the MDM CoE for new service introduction. This includes taking part into projects testing phases, ...
