**A colleague in the spare parts and warranty sales department** will be responsible for preparing offers for spare parts, communicating with customers regarding inquiries and order intake, monitoring and processing warranty claims and complaints, invoicing and dispatching orders, updating price lists, and aligning IPC with sales technology processes.
