Spare Parts Manager / Assistant Manager
Responsibilities
- Managing and objectives setting, coaching, motivating and performance monitoring of parts sales personnel including branches (Bintulu, Sibu & Kuching) parts sales personnel.
- To gather customer database and analysing customers’ and market needs. The main target sector are transporter, oil palm plantation, timber company, forwarding company, forklift, tractor and generator prospect.
- Manage customer visit schedule and compile visiting report weekly.
