Responsibilities

• Spa Therapist is accountable for ensuring that all guests receive requested treatments and service in accordance with the M Spa standard of excellence.
• Maximize profitability while achieving a high standard of service and level of guest satisfaction.
• Always strive to obtain the maximum efficiency and promote teamwork between all associates.
• Observe and enforce objectives, policies, standards and procedures.

Qualifications

• Highly skilled and trained in spa treatments; possess all techniques in massage, facial, hair treatment, manicure, pedicure and waxing, advanced level.
• Able to communicate in English.
