Senior Sourcing and Workflow Associate, Data Operations

The Senior Sourcing and Workflow Associate will be part of our Data Operations team responsible for the collection of all fundamental data needed across Fitch Group. The role will report to the Sourcing and Workflow Lead and will supervise the Sourcing and Workflow Associates based in Monterrey.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Sourcing and Workflow Associates, providing support, guidance, learning and development opportunities.
• Demonstrate flexibility and proactively adapt to evolving priorities, data collection use cases and changing business needs.
• Manage the collection of financial statements across all sectors and ensure adherence to turnaround times stipulated in SLAs.
• Validate sourced financial statements through the complete workflow cycle.
• Identify new data sources and liaise with existing providers as required. ...
