Description
The Sourcing Program Coordinator - NPI & Change Management spearheads all activities related to new product introduction and product change management (e.g., new supplier, new material, etc.). This means partnering with R&D, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, and Planning teams to understand the process for each project and facilitate this process as the Sourcing representative.
This role will require strong understanding of the complexity of raw material changes in the medical device field. You will manage supplier relationships during the development of new products, support supplier onboarding, coordinate with your colleagues in the sourcing organization, and identify potential timeline / qualification risks to develop a robust mitigation approach.
