Sourcing Manager - MRO

Cinemas bring joy to millions every day - but behind the magic, there’s a huge amount happening to keep everything running smoothly, from essential maintenance contractors down to the light bulbs in the ceiling. To keep our operations performing at their best, we’re looking for a Sourcing Manager to lead end‑to‑end sourcing activity across our international MRO (maintenance, repairs, operating goods & services) categories, a critical set of supplies and services that keep our cinemas open, safe and guest-ready.

Reporting to the Director of International Procurement & Global MRO, you’ll play a key role in shaping sourcing strategy, managing supplier performance, improving processes and partnering closely with Operations and Facilities teams across multiple territories.
