Sourcing and Procurement Process Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Process Transformation: Lead end-to-end (E2E) process mapping and optimization for Source-to-Pay (P2P) cycles.
• SAP S/4HANA Implementation: Direct the design, configuration, and rollout of S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement and Material Management (MM) solutions.
• Workflow Automation: Integrate intelligent technologies (e.g., automated PR-PO processing, machine learning analytics) to streamline purchasing.
• Supplier Relationship Management: Evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and utilize SAP Ariba to handle RFQ/RFPs and vendor ratings.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with IT, finance, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth SAP rollouts, cutover activities, and hypercare.
