What is the role?

dotCMS is a cloud-based Universal CMS that is changing how enterprises do digital. We seek an individual who understands modern front‑end development and has experience as a sales engineer in SaaS, content management, MarTech, or digital business spaces. As a Solutions Engineer at dotCMS, you’ll play a crucial role in helping customers grasp the value proposition of dotCMS’s solutions by aligning their needs, objectives, and challenges with the product’s capabilities. The goal of a solutions engineering role is to participate in customer calls to identify their technical needs, goals, and challenges; recommend and prescribe a path forward; increase adoption by showcasing how dotCMS features could bring value to their business; build customer POCs that address specific requirements; and be the dotCMS Product Expert within Customer Experience, supporting post‑sales activities, product positioning, and responding to technical clarifications across Professi...
