Success Criteria
- 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure architecture, design, and implementation.
- Deep knowledge of networking, storage, virtualization (e.g., VMware, Hyper‑V), and server management.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid environments.
- Proficient in disaster recovery, cybersecurity best practices, and infrastructure security.
- Proven leadership in complex, cross‑functional IT projects.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Preferred certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Architect Expert, VCP, CCNP, or equivalent.
