Position Objective

Serve as a specialized technical consultant for ECCOX and BMC products, ensuring successful implementations, second‑level technical support, proof-of-concept execution, training delivery, and assisted operation — guaranteeing that clients use the software correctly, efficiently, and in alignment with best practices.

Job Description (Responsibilities & Complementary Experience)

• Plan and execute implementations of ECCOX and BMC software within client environments.
• Perform technical configurations, parameterizations, and environment‑specific adjustments.
• Provide Level 2 technical support, resolving complex incidents.
