Solution Architecture Manager/Associate Manager

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, operation workflows, and pain points across departments, collaborate with upstream and downstream to gather, refine, and prioritize business requirements, translating high-level business goals into clear and actionable solution objectives.
• Design end to end business operation solution architectures including process re‑engineering, workflow optimization, system integration, and data‑driven operational models.
• Collect cost from all stakeholders and build solution models to simulate the commercial impact in different scenarios.
• Present the solution design and commercial to leadership for review and sign-offs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• 3+ years of experience on Accounting Analysis related work.
• Excellent Excel skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Team player.
