Salary: $68,000.00 to $85,000.00 CAD annually, plus eligibility for the Company’s annual bonus program.

About the Role

This role is responsible for the direct supervision of production employees and the execution of daily manufacturing activities in alignment with safety, quality, delivery, and productivity objectives. The Soldermask Supervisor plays a key role in providing front‑line leadership, supporting employee development, and ensuring consistent application of company policies and operational standards.
