Urgent Hiring: Solar & Transformer Installation Specialist Role: Field Installation Engineer / Lead Technician Experience: 2–5 years of practical field experience What we are looking for: We need an experienced field professional who can independently handle the complete end-to-end installation process for: 1. Solar Panels: Structural mounting, inverter setup, DC/AC wiring, and commissioning. 2. Transformers: Complete installation process, HT/LT cable terminations, testing, and grid integration. Requirements: * Strong hands-on field knowledge (not just theoretical). Ability to read electrical diagrams (SLDs) and troubleshoot on-site. ITI / Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering preferred.
