Compensation & Advancement

Income is uncapped and promotions are earned. The sales track climbs from Level 1 (Entry Setter) to Level 6 (Head of Sales). Compensation ranges are:

• L1 – Level 1 Setter : based on fee per closed deal.
• L2 – Level 2 Closer or Setter Manager : $80K – $200K+ per year.
• L3 – Level 3 Team Lead : Base + personal commission + team override.
