About the Role
As a Solar Lead Setter, you'll be the first point of contact with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods. Your job is to start conversations, identify potential interest in solar, and schedule appointments for our Solar Consultants. You are not responsible for closing sales. Your focus is generating qualified appointments, representing the company professionally, and learning the skills needed to build a successful career in sales.
