Opportunity Description
UL Solutions is seeking a Software Technical Specialist to provide Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 support for the CableBuilder application, delivering day-to-day maintenance, troubleshooting, development, and customer assistance for external customers. The role is responsible for managing a broad range of support activities, from initial incident diagnosis and issue resolution through to complex technical investigations, root cause analysis, bug fixes, and defect resolution.
+ Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application, system, database, and configuration issues affecting customer environments.
