The ideal candidate should be familiar with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with modern frameworks/libraries such as React, Vue, or Angular, and have a robust problem-solving aptitude. Effective communication skills are important, along with a focus on development tools like Git, IDEs, browser dev tools, and issue tracking systems.
