About the Role We are looking for a
Software Engineering Team Lead
to join our growing team and drive the deployment and evolution of our MarTech platform and solutions. This is a hands‑on leadership role—ideal for someone who still loves to ship code but is equally passionate about tackling client challenges, shaping technical direction, and collaborating cross‑functionally. As a Team Lead, you’ll lead the engineering group of a cross‑functional team composed of software engineers, a product manager, and UX/design. Our product is used by marketing teams in regulated industries across the world. You will serve as a Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME), partnering with the core client team and our platform team on long‑term architecture, collaborating with Product Managers on roadmap planning, and working with other Team Leads across the organization to ensure cohesion and scalability in everything we build.
