Job Description

You will join the Autodoc Corporate IT Software Engineering Organization, dedicated to supporting the business with innovative technology-driven solutions and enhancing supply chain systems.

As a Software Engineering Manager , you will lead a team responsible for the development, deployment, monitoring, and operation of warehouse services. You will guide the evolution of Autodoc’s platform toward a scalable microservice architecture, ensuring high reliability, strong performance, and improved business efficiency.

In this role, you will combine technical leadership with people management: mentoring engineers, driving engineering best practices, and ensuring the successful delivery of backend services used in the warehouse environment. You will also promote the use of modern engineering practices and AI-powered development tools to accelerate delivery, improve productivity, and maintain high-quality standards.
