**Description:** The Space Software Product Line team is looking for a software manager to oversee the execution of an agile team of software engineers. As the Associate Manager within SSPL you will lead Agile SW development teams responsible for full-lifecycle Flight Software development and Payload Software Integration. The ideal candidate will be someone who can focus on the mission while rapidly modernizing to position for the future and growth.
Responsibilities include:
- Contributing to the technical design and vision of the SSPL organization
- Guide the software development and test environment, COTS/FOSS hardware and software, and in-house developed software tools - Ensure company command media is followed and advocate continuous process improvement
