Responsibilities
+ Lead the team on day-to-day basis.
+ Leading the agile crew in 2 week sprints.
+ Heavily involved and highly engaged with stakeholders as well as product team and external teams.
+ Guiding the team to make technical decisions.
+ Working with the solution architects to review solution designs and provide approval.
+ Responsible for deployment activities.
+ Not a hands-on development role on day-to-day basis, however needs to be able to jump in and do hands-on development if situation arises.
Requirements
+ Must have at least 3-5 years of lead experience and 10+ years of overall industry experience.
+ Programing language: Java (primary) & JavaScript (would be a plus)
