Software Engineer

Overview We are seeking a motivated, results-oriented Software Engineer or Computer Scientist to join a global software development team.
The candidate will serve as a software development leader responsible for web-based applications that drive the Carrier equipment and systems sales strategy.
This includes ownership of Carrier Electronic Catalog programs that are employed by HVAC sales engineers.
Responsibilities Work as part of a software development team to deliver tools to Carrier's commercial HVAC sales force.
Produce clean, efficient code that meets software requirements.
Monitor the performance of 1 to 2 software developers and quality assurance specialists contributing the development effort, including code reviews and coaching.
Maintain, troubleshoot, and debug existing software.
