The ‘Software Engineering Team Leader’ will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and organizing developers, removing blockers, and maintaining coding standards. Their role covers both technical direction and people management.

· **Technical Leadership & Quality:** define technical standards, perform code reviews, and guide architectural decisions, address technical backlog, reduce and avoid defects.
· **Mentoring & People Management:** act as coaches, mentoring junior members to improve skills and fostering a positive team culture.
· **Bridging Communication:** serve as the liaison between the development team and other stakeholders, ensuring requirements are understood and expectations are managed.
