Social Worker Orewa - Fixed Term / Secondment

Fixed-term secondment opportunity to May2027 for a SWRB-registered Social Worker. This role will be based at our Orewa site in Tāmaki Makaurau, with regular supervision and training opportunities.

About the Role

In this fast-paced role, you will work with other social services, agencies and providers to ensure the needs of children or young people and their families are fully met.

Qualifications

• Registration with New Zealand’s Social Work Registration Board (SWRB) and current Annual Practicing Certificate
• A social worker qualification recognised by the SWRB
• A full, clean, current NZ driver's licence
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated resilience, problem‑solving techniques and flexibility
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Strong PC and Microsoft Office Suite skills with excellent report‑writing skills
