Job Type: Temporary Full Time (up to 5 months)

Job Outline

Working closely with the team, this challenging position requires specific intervention skills including assessment of the patient related to health issues, crisis intervention, individual and family treatment, comprehensive discharge planning and community liaison. This role may be required to work on various units periodically across the Hospital depending on organizational needs.

Education & Qualifications

• Master of Social Work degree
• Current registration with OCSWSSW
• Previous related experience in a hospital setting preferred
