1. Candidate must have Minimum of Degree in Education in Social Studies

2. Must have 2 or more years teaching experience in Social at the JHS level.

3. Must have prepared students for BECE.

4. Must have a class command

5. Must be very good in literacy and curriculum structure.

6. Must be apt to teach.

7. Must live in and around Lashibi
