  • + Onboard new clients and ensure they get value from day one
  • + Be the voice of the customer, relay feedback to product and engineering
  • + Manage ongoing client relationships across our product suite
  • + Identify upsell opportunities and help clients scale their usage
  • + Create documentation, guides, and training materials

Qualifications

What we're looking for

  • + 2+ years in customer success, account management, or a client-facing role
  • + Experience with SaaS or tech products
  • + Strong communication, written and verbal
