Build the next generation of TLC body care — wash, lotion, mist, scrub — across our Cleanse Ritual and Scent Trail ranges. About The Role You'll join our R&D lab in Ambala and own end-to-end formulation for new SKUs. You'll work directly with our fragrance partners and founder on scent-formula compatibility, and with our Head of Operations on scale-up to GMP production. Every formula you ship will be in the hands of 100,000+ ritualists within a quarter. What you'll do Develop new cosmetic formulations across body wash, lotion, body mist, scrub, oil and butter categories
Translate scent briefs from the perfumer into compatible aqueous and emulsion bases
Run stability, compatibility and dermatological pre-screen trials
Specify and source raw materials with QC
Author full batch records and SOPs for production scale-up
