Social Media Lead

Leads the day-to-day strategic execution and operational alignment of the Social Media and Core Intelligence teams, ensuring high-quality outputs, clear direction, and seamless collaboration across business units. This role ensures that strategic and intelligence-driven work is consistently delivered at a high standard while enabling teams to operate efficiently and sustainably. ROLE PURPOSE: The Strategic Services Lead is responsible for overseeing the agencys social media strategy and operations and intelligence outputs from a delivery and quality standpoint. This role bridges intelligence and social strategy insight and execution quality team capability and business unit needs This role ensures that current strategic services remain strong, consistent, and scalable.
