We are looking for a Social Editor who natively understands vertical video culture and the psychology of the scroll. Someone who lives in the same corners of the internet as our audience. You feel bad pacing in your core. You’ve watched a fan edit and immediately dissected how it was made. You get that good, social-first pacing makes the difference between a quick scroll-past and a viral hit.

Salary: $65,000–$80,000 annually, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Edit short-form content that actually holds attention—TikToks, Reels, Shorts, paid social.
• Utilize Premiere Pro to execute high-energy, fan-edit style pacing, precise text layouts, and seamless audio integration. Own the hook, rhythm, and cut.
• Serve as the team’s internal compass on what is working on social right now, and why.
