Opportunity Description

We’re looking for a Smokehouse Production Worker to join our team. This hands-on role supports the creation of high quality, locally smoked items that are sold at all 8 of our Red Barn Market stores and various restaurants across the city. We will train you in all stages of our smokehouse facility from receiving products, cutting, trimming, mixing, and smoking. No experience necessary – just a great attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to quality, safety, and cleanliness.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Operate Equipment: Operate and clean smokehouse machinery

  • Food Production: Prepare and process meat products

  • Packaging & Labeling: Ensure that all products are properly labeled and priced.

  • Food Safety: Ensure products meet quality and food safety standards

  • Maintenance: Perform routine equipment safety checks
