• Provide expert advice and guidance on complex income tax issues to internal teams, clients, and stakeholders, with a particular focus on the unique tax challenges faced by startups.
• Advise on the tax obligations of individual partners and shareholders within startups, including personal income tax matters and equity compensation.

Compliance Oversight

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local income tax laws and regulations, staying updated on changes and implications for startups and their stakeholders.
