This position is responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of Linde’s three sleep laboratories. Responsibilities include staffing and scheduling for the labs. Ensure patient care meets high quality standards. Rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Perform a variety of tasks. Lead and direct the work of others.

What you will enjoy doing

• You’d be leading the day‑to‑day operations of the sleep centre, including supervising the team and making sure staffing is properly managed
• You’d handle hiring—posting roles, interviewing candidates—and also oversee payroll for the team
• A big part of the role is training staff, making sure they’re competent, and supporting their ongoing development
