As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be accountable for renovations and repairs, directly impacting the comfort of residents. Your role will include collaborating with other professionals and completing tasks efficiently within deadlines. A strong emphasis on safety and quality will guide your work in this hands-on position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Read and interpret drawings and scopes for renovations
• Repair and renovate units and common areas
• Inspect various systems for safety compliance
• Ensure timely completion of maintenance work orders
• Handle on-call emergencies as they arise
Requirements:
• Proven experience in residential maintenance
• Ability to problem-solve and multitask
• Valid Ontario driver’s license and clean driving record
• 5+ years of work-related experience
